Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Basic Laborers to join our recycling team. Your energy and willingness to learn will contribute significantly to completing projects efficiently and safely. This position offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recycling industry while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Duties
- Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling to keep work areas organized and safe
- Setting up equipment, loading and unloading trailers, operating heavy equipment
- Conduct routine inspections of the work site to ensure safety protocols are followed and identify potential hazards
- Assist in the setup and operation of heavy equipment when trained
- Prior experience in manual labor preferred but not required
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift over 50 pounds unassisted and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervisors. Pay: From $15.00 per hour
