Konick and Associates is seeking skilled Child and Family Therapists to provide evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families within our collaborative group practice. Clinicians work with a range of presenting concerns, including anxiety, autism, ADHD, depression, OCD, behavioral challenges, adjustment and life transitions, social difficulties, and school-related concerns.
Therapists provide individual and family therapy grounded in empirically supported treatments and behavioral parent coaching. This role includes opportunities to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to a high-quality, developmentally informed standard of care.
Qualifications:
- Fully Licensed PhD/PsyD, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT (or license-eligible LPC/LSW/ALMFT working toward independent licensure)
- Master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, family therapy, or clinical psychology
- Strong training and experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Clinical focus on children, adolescents, and families
- Competence in behavioral management strategies and parent coaching
- Experience with neurodiverse conditions
- Experience with trauma-informed care, EMDR, DBT, or ACT preferred
Hybrid role with in-person availability. Evening availability (minimum of three evenings per week) or weekends are expected to accommodate client schedules.
Pay: From $73,000.00 per year
