We’re hiring a high-energy, confident personality to run live sales on our Whatnot account. You’ll be the face of the brand, interacting with live viewers and turning engagement into SALES.
What You’ll Do:
- Go live daily on Whatnot and host sales
- Hype products and keep the energy up
- Engage with chat, answer questions, build urgency
- Close sales in real-time auctions
- Hit daily/weekly sales goals
- Pack and prepare packages for shipping
What We’re Looking For:
- Confident on camera (non-negotiable)
- Strong personality — entertaining, not boring
- Sales mindset (you like making money)
- Reliable (you show up ON TIME, every time)
- Experience with live selling, TikTok, or streaming = HUGE PLUS
Pay Structure:
- Base hourly pay
- PLUS commission on sales you generate
- Bonuses for hitting targets

Responsibilities
- Host live streaming sessions on platforms such as Whatnot, captivating viewers with energetic and authentic presentations of products.
- Engage with viewers through lively chat interactions, answering questions, and building rapport to foster a fun and interactive shopping environment.
- Demonstrate product features clearly and enthusiastically to highlight benefits and encourage purchases.
- Drive sales by employing persuasive negotiation techniques and upselling strategies while maintaining an energetic presence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote upcoming live events and special promotions across social media channels.
- Manage product inventory during streams, ensuring accurate representation of available items.
- Track viewer engagement metrics and sales performance to optimize future sessions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in live sales hosting, outside sales, or related customer-facing roles such as door-to-door or energy sales.
- Strong communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or other customer relationship management tools to track interactions and sales data.
- Knowledge of sales techniques including negotiation, technical sales, and customer service excellence.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate viewers and inspire confidence during live sessions.
- Experience in marketing or promotional activities is a plus but not required.
