Duties
- Act as the main liaison between clients and the firm, providing timely responses to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Assist with estate planning processes, including wills, trusts, and estate law documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards.
- Support investment client management by preparing financial analyses, portfolio reviews, and cash management strategies.
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions using customer relationship management (CRM) software and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with senior advisors on financial planning, wealth management strategies, and compliance with industry regulations such as FINRA standards.
- Conduct research on financial markets and industry trends to inform client recommendations and support ongoing account management.
- Ensure all client transactions comply with financial regulations and internal policies related to securities law, financial software use, and financial compliance.
Requirements
- Demonstrated knowledge of estate planning, wills, trusts & estate law, and wealth management principles.
- Familiarity with securities law, FINRA regulations, and industry knowledge of financial services compliance.
- Experience in financial sales or investment management is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts including tax experience, investment analysis, portfolio management, and cash flow strategies.
- Excellent mathematical skills combined with proficiency in financial analysis software and technical accounting tools.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and professionally to clients of diverse backgrounds.
- Prior experience in banking, public accounting, asset management or related fields is preferred but not required.

Pay: $49,192.56 - $59,629.75 per year
