Empire Building Diagnostics is looking for an Experienced Demolition Foreman to join our growing team. In this role, the Demolition Foreman would oversee crew members during the performance of demolition while adhering to company policies and procedures. Previous demolition, saw cutting, rigging, torch cutting, shoring, heavy equipment operation, concrete cutting and busting, blueprint reading and supervisory experience a plus.

Must Have
- OSHA 10
- Valid driver’s license & dependable vehicle.
- Ability to work at heights.
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Punctual, Good Work Ethic, Reliable.
The ability to travel is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour-dependent on experience
Expected hours: 40 per week
