The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and clinically confident General Dentist who is dedicated to delivering high-quality care and building strong patient relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct thorough new patient exams and periodic evaluations
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of general dentistry cases
- Provide restorative and preventive services, including fillings and extractions
- Perform implant placement procedures
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Educate patients on oral health maintenance and preventive strategies
- Maintain detailed documentation using practice management software (Open Dental)
- Partner with hygienists and support staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Active Virginia dental license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Strong foundation in general dentistry procedures
- Effective communication and chairside manner
- Experience with digital imaging and diagnostics preferred
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred
- Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus

Pay: $250,000.00 - $450,000.00 per year
