We are partnering with an industry-leading home improvement company, to hire Entry Level Sales Representatives who enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, and creating opportunities with potential customers
No previous sales experience is required; we hire for attitude, work ethic, and coachability.
What You'll Do
As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for creating new customer opportunities by engaging homeowners throughout your assigned territory and at community events.
Responsibilities include:
- Introduce homeowners to our products and services.
- Generate qualified appointments for our sales team.
- Educate potential customers on available solutions.
- Build rapport and create positive first impressions.
- Represent the company professionally within local neighborhoods and at promotional events.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Work toward daily and weekly performance goals.
- Collaborate with leadership through ongoing coaching and training.
- Attend team meetings and development sessions.
What We're Looking For

Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills
