We’re looking for a Licensed Customer Service Representative who can take care of customers, build relationships, retain business, and identify opportunities to help clients with additional coverage.

What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional service to existing customers
- Handle policy changes, billing questions, renewals, and customer requests
- Build strong relationships with clients
- Help retain customers and protect our book of business
- Identify coverage needs and write additional policies
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance procedures
- Deliver a professional customer experience on every call
What We're Looking For
REQUIRED: Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
We want someone who is:
