Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Uphold all current standards and policies for licensing, NAEYC, and Parent Aware
- Plan and implement a curriculum which reflects Creative Kids Academy’s philosophy, goals, and objectives for children
- Foster the emotional, social and academic growth of the children served
- Cultivate positive relationships with fellow staff, families and children served
- Follow and enforce health and safety standards
- Participate in required trainings and maintain current certificates as required by licensing
Who We're Looking For:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in a licensed early childhood program or school setting preferred
- Must be lead or assistant teacher qualified
