Production & Installation Project Specialist

MSK Marketing Solutions is looking for a Production & Installation Project Specialist who can manage projects from the computer and help bring them to life in the field. This role combines project coordination, customer communication, production support, and hands-on installation work.
Job Overview
This position is approximately:
- 50% Project Management & Computer Work
- 50% Production, Installation & Field Work
You will help manage projects from approved designs through production and final installation while gaining hands-on experience with signage, graphics, wraps, and production processes.
ResponsibilitiesProject Management & Coordination
- Manage projects through ClickUp and internal systems
- Review project details, artwork, specifications, and deadlines
- Coordinate with customers, designers, vendors, production teams, and installers
- Schedule installations and track project progress
- Maintain organized files, approvals, and project documentation
- Follow up on missing information and prevent project delays
- Identify issues before they reach production or installation
Production & Installation Support
- Assist with sign installations and graphic applications
- Help with vehicle wraps, wall graphics, and window graphics
- Prepare materials and projects for installation
- Assist production teams when needed
- Take field measurements and inspect installation conditions
- Document projects with photos and videos
- Learn signage materials, tools, and installation methods
Requirements
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with computers and physical tasks
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Willingness to learn signage, production, and installation processes
- Able to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Comfortable working at customer locations and job sites

Experience with the following is a plus:

- AI tools
- Design and production software
Schedule & Location
- Full-time, in-office position
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
- Occasional work at customer locations, installations, or project sites
Compensation
$15–$22/hour depending on experience, skills, and overall fit.

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
