Job Description & Requirements
We are a high-volume chiropractic clinic in Lake in the Hills, IL, and we’re looking for an Associate Chiropractor to join our growing team. This full-time position offers a base salary of $90,000, along with monthly bonuses tied to KPI performance.
Our associate will work Monday through Saturday, averaging 31–40 hours per week. The role includes an expected patient volume of 200–250 visits weekly, with doctors typically spending 3–5 minutes per patient in a fast-paced, systems-driven environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing patient consultations and examinations
- Taking and reviewing X-rays
- Delivering Reports of Findings and care recommendations
- Presenting financial plans and closing care plans
- Providing chiropractic adjustments (Diversified/Gonstead preferred, along with Palmer, Drops, and Webster techniques)
- Conducting re-exams and recommending ongoing care
- Delivering therapy/rehab and exercise instruction
- Providing nutritional and supplementation guidance
- Participating in internal workshops, referrals, and occasional external screenings
- Creating social media content (1–2 videos per week)
We operate within a shared-patient model and are looking for a chiropractor who is both a strong caregiver and a growth-minded professional who enjoys contributing to the success of the clinic.

Candidates must hold (or be eligible for) an Illinois chiropractic license. A minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred.
