We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Automotive Glass Installation Technician to join our growing team. Whether you’re experienced or willing to learn, we want someone who takes pride in their work and values safety and quality.
What You’ll Do
- Remove and install windshields, back glass, door glass, and quarter glass
- Perform stone chip repairs when applicable
- Ensure proper prep, bonding, and sealing of all glass installations
- Follow OEM and safety standards for every job
- Complete both in-shop and mobile installations
- Communicate professionally with customers at job sites
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas
- Perform final quality checks to ensure safe, leak-free installations

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions (mobile work)
- Prior automotive or glass experience is a plus—but willing to train the right person

Schedule
