We are seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Manager to join our team and play a key role in growing and strengthening our national retail portfolio. This is not a desk job for someone waiting for opportunities to appear. We are looking for a motivated, experienced professional who enjoys the daily grind of identifying opportunities, building relationships, and bringing national retailers to our properties.
Responsibilities
Analyze existing shopping centers.
Develop leasing strategies for our retail portfolio.
Prospect and contact national and regional retailers, brokers, and tenant representatives daily.
Build and maintain relationships with retailers, and commercial brokers.
Identify retailers that fit each property and actively pursue leasing opportunities.
Coordinate site tours, negotiations, and lease proposals with ownership.
Track prospects and maintain an active leasing pipeline.
Travel periodically to visit properties and attend industry events.
Qualifications
5+ years of commercial real estate leasing, retail development, or tenant representation experience. Existing relationships with national retailers and commercial real estate brokers preferred. Strong understanding of retail site selection, demographics, and market analysis. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, competitive, and highly organized. Ability to work independently while collaborating with ownership on leasing strategy.
