The Service Assistant maintains the restaurant's interior and exterior, keeping all areas clean and organized. Keeps dining room tables clean and sanitized. Maintains adequate supply of dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and ice in service areas throughout shift. Keeps front and back of house clean and organized at all times. Service Assistants assist in all areas of the restaurant maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and customer safety. The Service Assistant assists the service staff with many tasks to keep the restaurant safe for our guests.
