This Sr. Construction Project Manager (Commercial) opportunity offers independence, responsibility, and the chance to work across a range of commercial scopes, including school projects and other rotating project types.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sr. Commercial Project Manager (Commercial) position include:
- 7+ years of commercial construction project management experience, including managing projects from start to finish and overseeing multiple projects
- Lead commercial construction projects through preconstruction, execution, and final closeout
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams
- Manage project planning, scheduling, procurement, budgeting, documentation, change orders, and closeout activities
- Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets, cost reports, forecasts, buyout status, contingency usage, and overall financial performance
- Review and understand owner contracts, subcontract agreements, scopes of work, exclusions, allowances, insurance requirements, and schedule requirements
- Manage project documentation, notices, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and closeout records
- Work closely with Superintendents and field leadership to support schedules, manpower planning, site logistics, quality control, safety coordination, and issue resolution
Salary: $125k-$175k per year, commensurate with experience.
