Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours (between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM) ( Some Saturdays may also be included)
No requirement for nights, weekends, or holidays.

Position Overview: As a Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for the care, cleanliness, and presentation of our clients’ homes. This role requires attention to detail, professionalism, and pride in your work.
Each home and service is different. The size, scope, and duration of cleans vary based on client needs. Clients and pets may be present during services.
All work is expected to be completed efficiently, thoroughly, and professionally.
Job Responsibilities
- High & low dusting: ceilings, vents, ceiling fans, light fixtures, picture frames, blinds, window sills, baseboards, and removal of spider webs
- Bathrooms: mirrors, sinks, cabinetry, toilets (lid-to-base), showers/bathtubs, tile, and floor scrubbing
- Kitchens: countertops (remove-and-replace method), appliance exteriors, inside microwave, inside oven when applicable, sinks, trash removal
- Floors: sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Glass cleaning: interior windows, doors, and mirrors
- Deep cleaning services: includes all standard tasks plus inside cabinets, refrigerators, ovens, baseboards, and window tracks

Qualifications (Required)
- Valid driver’s license and your own reliable vehicle
- Must be able to transport yourself and company-provided cleaning supplies

- Ability to accept constructive feedback and apply it
- Availability to work weekday daytime hours (Mon–Fri, between 8AM–5PM)
- Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and safety practices
- Clean background required
- No felonies
- No misdemeanors involving theft, vandalism, trespassing, or property damage
- Must pass a background check (client safety is a top priority)
- Physically capable of:
- Working on your feet
- Lifting up to 25 lbs
- Bending, kneeling, pushing, and performing repetitive cleaning tasks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
