Warehouse Logistics Coordinator
The Warehouse Logistics Coordinator is an administrative role that supports daily warehouse operations, freight scheduling, Freight routing, billing, customer communication, and documentation. We are seeking a motivated, organized, and dependable individual who can bring structure to our operation through clear communication, accurate recordkeeping, and consistent follow-through.
Compensation is negotiable based on relevant logistics, warehouse, and administrative experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain operational records
- Monitor and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Schedule inbound and outbound freight appointments
- Print shipping labels and operational paperwork
- Check in drivers and coordinate dock appointments
- Prepare bills of lading and other shipping documents
- Process billing for drayage, freight, and related services
- Partner with Purchasing for warehouse materials and operational supplies
- Communicate with carriers, customers, vendors, and internal teams
- Track open requests and follow through until completion
- Partner with the General Manager to resolve scheduling, communication, and operational issues
- Support additional administrative and warehouse projects as needed
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, clerical, and email-management skills
- Comfortable using computers, Gmail, spreadsheets, and related business software
- Warehouse, transportation, freight, or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate recordkeeping
- Professional and confident when communicating with drivers, customers, and carriers
- Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Dependable, proactive, and capable of following tasks through to completion
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
