Birdseye is an established and evolving, Vermont based, craft and innovation focused Building and Design company.
We are seeking Experienced or Lead Carpenters to join our dynamic construction and architectural design company. This position is ideal for candidates with eight or more years of work experience in in high-end, residential construction who are motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented.
In this role, you will help execute complex, high-performance designs that bridge the gap between construction and finished craft. You will work on homes that require a reverence for materials and a commitment to precision.
The Position:
Role: Experienced or Lead
Experience: 8+ years in high-end residential or architectural building.
Focus: Material-forward construction, net-zero/high-performance envelopes, and architectural millwork.
