We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, construction, and engineering, and be able to effectively manage multiple projects at once. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction process from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with subcontractors. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of a construction project.
- Manage the budget and timeline of a construction project.
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
- Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that all project requirements are met.
- Monitor progress of the project and report any issues to the client.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
