Responsibilities

- Conduct retail sales activities, upselling products and promoting retail lending options when applicable.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and balancing the cash drawer at shift end.
- Support loan processing and collections by verifying customer information, updating data entry records, and following up on overdue accounts when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of transactions, sales data, and customer interactions using financial software and data entry tools.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Previous retail store experience is highly preferred, with familiarity in retail sales techniques and customer service principles.
- Basic math skills are essential for cash handling, retail math calculations, and processing transactions accurately.
- Experience in banking or financial services is a plus, especially related to retail lending or loan collections.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with financial software enhances efficiency in daily tasks.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
