Guided Health Therapy is a fully virtual pediatric therapy practice serving families across Texas and Arizona. We provide occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech-language services directly to children where they learn best — at home.

The Role
We are looking for a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide virtual therapy sessions and evaluations to pediatric clients in Texas and/or Arizona. This role is ideal for an OT who enjoys working with school-age children, supporting families, and providing therapy in a flexible teletherapy model.
You will work directly with motivated families in homeschool, microschool, and independent-learning environments, with parents and caregivers who are engaged in their child’s progress.
What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 virtual occupational therapy sessions through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform
- Conduct comprehensive virtual occupational therapy evaluations and complete evaluation reports
- Develop and update individualized treatment plans and therapy goals
- Support areas such as fine motor skills, visual motor skills, handwriting, sensory processing, self-regulation, executive functioning, motor planning, daily living skills, and functional participation
- Provide parent coaching, home programs, and carryover strategies
- Complete documentation, treatment notes, evaluations, and required forms using our company’s EMR system
- Communicate with parents and caregivers about progress and recommendations
- Maintain licensure, insurance, and clearance requirements in your state of practice

Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapist license in Arizona and/or Texas required
- Minimum 1 year of pediatric experience preferred
- School-based, homeschool, or teletherapy experience is a plus
- Sensory processing, self-regulation, handwriting, and/or executive functioning experience is a plus
- For Texas providers only: Ability to pass state-required background/fingerprint clearance
- Professional liability insurance or willingness to obtain before starting
- Reliable high-speed internet, webcam, and private workspace
- Comfort providing engaging therapy through telehealth
- Strong documentation habits and independent time management
About the 1099 Relationship
This is an independent contractor position. Contractors control their own schedule, methods, and availability. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, licensure, and insurance. A signed Independent Contractor Agreement is required before beginning services.
