EDU-AIDS is seeking compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide school-based services for the 2026–2027 academic year. We currently have two openings for professionals who are committed to helping students strengthen their communication skills and achieve success in the classroom.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate students with speech and language needs and develop appropriate intervention plans.
- Provide individualized and group speech-language therapy services in accordance with student goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute recommendations for speech and language services.
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and therapy records in compliance with school and state guidelines.
- Monitor student outcomes and adjust therapy strategies as needed.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university.
- Current Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist license.
- School-based pediatric experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
