The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading and developing the engineering organization supporting Scott's Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) solutions in North America. This role provides leadership to Mechanical, Electrical, and Controls Engineering teams and is accountable for engineering execution, resource planning, process discipline, team development, and delivery of customer projects that meet safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives.
