ARTTRA, INC. is seeking a Network Administrator, For Our Network Operation Center (NOC) At National Capital Region

As a Network Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's network infrastructure. Your duties will include:
Duties:
- Monitor hardware, software and network enterprise.
- Monitoring network E-mail functions.
- Preparing a variety of network resource reports
- Providing technical support to end-users
- Conduct remote troubleshooting
- Monitoring network performance and troubleshooting any issues that arise
- Test alternative pathways until issues are resolved
- Record technical issues and solutions in logs
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel and follow up with clients to ensure systems are functional
- Report customer feedback and potential product requests
- Monitor servers and VPN
- Submit hourly checks on a daily basis.
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining network hardware and software
- Implementing security measures to protect the network from unauthorized access
- Conduct regular backups of network data
Skills:
To excel in this role, you should have the following skills:
- Familiarity with network installation and configuration processes
- Understanding of HTTPS (Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure) and SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocols
- Proficiency in PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) implementation and management
- Knowledge of SSO (Single Sign-On) authentication protocols
- Familiarity with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) best practice
- Experience with Linux distribution
Education:
Associate or Bachelor’s in management, homeland security, security management, physical security, asset protection, or related fields.
