Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently while delivering high-quality meals to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of food safety practices, meal preparation techniques, and a commitment to providing excellent food service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Help with inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies.
- Support other kitchen staff in meal preparation and cooking as needed.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and cleaned after use.
