Maxam is looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Working Production Supervisor to join our night shift team in Sterling, CT. In this role, you’ll lead production operations, ensure safety and quality standards are met, and keep the shift running efficiently from start to finish.
You’ll coordinate operator assignments, verify testing and documentation, and maintain strong communication across all lines. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leadership on the floor, thrives in a team setting, and takes pride in producing high-quality work in a safe environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily start-up checks, assign operators, and confirm safety and production readiness.
- Monitor and verify testing, quality, and documentation throughout the shift.
- Enforce proper PPE use, safety protocols, and housekeeping standards.
- Support and guide operators through spool changes, alarms, and material replenishment to maintain productivity.
- Complete all end-of-shift documentation, including quality, production, and inventory records.
- Foster a team-oriented, accountable culture that emphasizes safety, quality, and efficiency.
