Job Title: Lawn Care Crew Member / Future Crew Leader
Job Description: We’re looking for a reliable and motivated person to join our lawn care team for a seasonal position running approximately March through November, with the opportunity to eventually lead and manage a mowing crew.
This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up consistently, and wants to grow into a leadership role over time. We’re looking for someone who is trustworthy, honest, dependable, and able to work well with others in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and general property maintenance
- Operating landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
- Loading/unloading equipment and maintaining cleanliness of trucks/trailers
- Working efficiently as part of a team
- Maintaining quality work and professionalism on job sites
- Eventually assisting with leading and managing a mowing crew
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Using walk behind/zero turn style commercial mowers proficiently.
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Dependable, honest, and trustworthy
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift and handle lawncare equipment
- Willingness to learn and grow into a leadership position
- Must be willing to complete a background check and driving record check.
Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience driving trucks and trailers
