Human hair wigs Sales Representative
We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused, and results-driven Wig Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will build strong customer relationships, promote our premium wig products, and expand our customer base through both in-store and outbound sales efforts.
The ideal candidate is a fast learner with excellent comprehension skills, a strong sales mindset, outstanding execution, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds. Experience in beauty, wigs, hair products, cosmetics, retail, or related sales industries is highly preferred.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable wig products and styling solutions.
- Actively identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, outreach, referrals, and community engagement.
- Achieve individual sales goals through effective product presentations, consultations, and upselling techniques.
- Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after each sale.
- Develop a solid understanding of our products and continuously improve product knowledge.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to support promotional campaigns and customer events.
- Maintain an organized showroom and ensure products are properly displayed.
- Accurately process customer orders and maintain customer records.
- Execute company sales strategies and operational procedures with consistency and professionalism.
- Collect customer feedback and provide market insights to help improve products and sales strategies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales, beauty, wigs, hair products, cosmetics, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong sales experience or a proven sales mindset with the ability to influence purchasing decisions.
- Excellent comprehension and learning ability with the capability to quickly understand products and customer needs.
- Strong execution skills with the ability to complete tasks efficiently and consistently.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to work with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to develop new customers and identify business growth opportunities.
- Customer-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
- Basic computer skills and experience using CRM or sales systems are a plus.
- Bilingual (English and Mandarin) is a plus but not required.
Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
