Daily tasks involve:
- Assisting patients in eyewear selection
- Applying knowledge of frames, lens designs, and materials to ensure patient satisfaction
- Actively pursuing continuing education to improve knowledge/skills
- Making appointments and creating eyewear orders
- Eyewear repair and adjustments
- Training new contact lens wearers
- Attending to patients’ needs to ensure the best experience
