The Team Member plays an important role in creating a welcoming, clean, and well-organized shop. This position focuses on three main areas: Customer Service, Stocking & Organizing, and Cleaning. Team Members are expected to be dependable, attentive to detail, and willing to help wherever needed to support the team and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Service
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, helpful service.
- Assist customers with questions, product selection, and all things ice cream.
- Create a positive, professional, and inviting retail experience.
2. Stocking & Organizing
- Restock products and keep shelves and displays full and presentable.
- Keep merchandise, storage areas, and workspaces organized and easy to navigate.
- Communicate low-stock items and inventory needs to management.
3. Cleaning
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming shop throughout the day.
- Clean assigned areas, including counters, shelves, displays, and equipment.
- Complete opening, ongoing, and closing cleaning checklists.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
