We’re now hiring enthusiastic, dependable, and friendly team members to join our brand-new Mansfield location! If you’re passionate about healthy living, great food, and teamwork, we’d love to meet you.
Pay & Perks:
Starting at $10/hr + tips (average $3–$4/hr extra) — making total pay typically around $13–$14/hr

Your Role:
As a Team Member, you’ll help create an exceptional guest experience every day. You’ll prepare food and beverages, interact with customers, and maintain a clean, organized workspace — all while ensuring top-notch service and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Greet every guest with a warm, friendly attitude and great energy
- Take and prepare food and drink orders following Grain & Berry recipes and standards
- Operate the register and handle transactions accurately and courteously
- Keep the kitchen and front-of-house areas clean and organized
- Restock and prep fresh ingredients throughout the day
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Support your teammates during busy times
- Assist with other duties as needed to help the store run smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Great communication and customer service skills
✅ Dependable, positive attitude, and team-player mindset
✅ Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✅ Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs
✅ Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Food service experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll train you!
