Who We Are
Enovana Green Cleaning is a locally owned, eco-friendly residential cleaning company that's been serving Raleigh since 2007. We clean private homes — no janitorial, commercial, or industrial jobs. We offer fair pay, a consistent weekday schedule, and company vehicles so you're not putting miles on your own car.
What You'll Do
- Clean clients' homes as part of a 2 or 3 person team
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize kitchens and bathrooms
- Follow a set daily route of homes
- Drive a company vehicle between jobs
- Work inside private homes during weekday daytime hours
- This is not a janitorial, industrial, or commercial position
This is physical work: you'll be on your feet, bending, and lifting up to 30 lbs throughout the day.
Schedule & Pay
- Weekdays only – no nights, no weekends
- Around 30 hours per week on average
- $15.00–$22.00 per hour, based on performance and reliability
- Current average pay is about $20.35 per hour

What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license with 2+ years of driving experience
- Satisfactory driving record
- Able to pass a background check
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and honest character
- Residential cleaning experience is a plus but not required
