Duties

- Support food handling procedures during meal prep, catering events, and service hours

- Participate in food industry best practices, including knife skills training and food storage protocols
Experience
- Previous kitchen experience in a restaurant or food service setting is highly preferred
- Familiarity with dietary department standards and dietary aide procedures is a plus
- Demonstrated ability in food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling techniques
- Experience with menu planning, catering, and serving in a fast-paced environment
