The Kitchen Manager is to run to the kitchen, while maintaining a station. KM must be fluent in every station, as well as maintaining cleanliness in accordance with health code. They are responsible for each production employee, as well as being responsible for running goal drive-thru times, goal labor percentage, and maintaining food cost.
