Audit employee time punches.

Process payroll adjustments, bonuses, and final paychecks.

Update tax information, direct deposit, and contact information.

Track sick time balances.

Maintain confidential personnel records.
Financial & Office Administration

Collect invoices and receipts.

Upload expenses into Expensify.
-
Track restaurant expenses.
-
Retrieve invoices from the mailbox.
-
Submit credits through Signal.
-
Review distributor invoices.
-
Complete Workers’ Compensation and Multiple Worksite Reports.

Maintain the ExpressToll account.
Operations Support
-
Order uniforms, nametags, office supplies, and event supplies.
- Manage leadership uniform budgets.

Order catering swag bags, business boxes, and event supplies.

Purchase items through Supply Central.

Coordinate vendor communication and maintenance appointments.

Serve as the primary Watershed contact.
Event Planning & Hospitality

Take notes during PEAK leadership meetings and send follow-up recaps on key discussion points and action items.

Coordinate event logistics, food, and supplies.

Create memorable experiences for guests, team members, vendors, and community partners.
