Direct Hire: Assembly & Field Service Technician Pay: $26.00 - $34.00 / hour Shift: 1st Shift Location: Hartland, WI
Stop doing the exact same repetitive line work every day. I am looking for a skilled equipment builder who wants to do ground-up, start-to-finish custom machinery builds, and then actually travel to see their work run in the field.
Why this role is different than standard assembly:
The Travel Perk: You will travel about once a month for field installations. The best part? You are paid your full hourly wage while you are traveling. If you sit on a plane or in an airport for 8 hours, you are getting paid for 8 hours. All expenses covered.

The Work: You aren't building widgets. You are building massive, custom-automated commercial food manufacturing equipment. Motors, conveyors, rollers, start to finish.
What you need to bring to the table:
- High-level mechanical assembly experience (No job hoppers, we want a long-term team member).
- Ability to read complex blueprints and navigate AutoCAD 3D renderings.
- A valid driver's license and clean record (for rental cars during travel).
- Exceptional detail orientation and the communication skills to work directly with client engineers during installations.
Experience building commercial ovens, restaurant equipment, or knowledge of food-grade manufacturing (HACCP/GMPs) is a massive plus!
