You arrive on scene and realize the vehicle is in a position that could potentially cause damage to your truck or be unsafe to recover with the equipment you currently have.

What should you do in this situation?
You are dispatched to tow an AWD vehicle that was involved in an accident. The vehicle has no keys and the wheels will not roll freely.
Question:
What is the correct way to tow this vehicle and why?
You arrive on a busy highway shoulder to tow a disabled vehicle. Traffic is moving quickly and the driver is standing outside of the vehicle near the roadway.

What steps do you take to secure the scene and perform the tow safely?
You arrive on scene for a police-requested tow of a vehicle parked illegally. When you begin hooking up the vehicle, the owner suddenly arrives and becomes angry, insisting you stop and saying they will move the vehicle themselves. They begin yelling and standing close to the truck while you are trying to work.
What steps would you take to handle this situation safely and professionally?
