Blue Sea Educational Consulting is actively hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (CCC-SLPs) to support K–12 students across Long Island. With partnerships in over 85 school districts throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties, you can choose cases that match your schedule, location, and professional goals.
Compensation & Perks

What You’ll Do
- Provide speech and language therapy to students (K–12)
- Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Conduct evaluations and track measurable student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with NYS guidelines
- (Optional) Mentor Clinical Fellows
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- TSSLD preferred
- Must reside in Nassau County, Suffolk County, or Eastern Queens
- Reliable transportation to assigned school sites
- Strong communication and organizational skills
