Jimmy John's is looking to add a few awesome people to our staff. We have three Naples locations. We are looking to hire people who have good people skills and that can work in a fast-paced team environment.
Job requirements for delivery drivers will include but not limited to driving food orders to customers in a limited 5 minute drive-time zone. When drivers are in the store waiting for their next deliveries, they will be required to help in the store by answering phones, sweep/mop the floors, taking out trash, washing dishes, and once they are trained we love it when they jump on the registers to take orders or on the line to make sandwiches.
We keep everybody moving and that allows the day to run smoothly and fly by.
Typically Drivers make about $18-$30/hour. Drivers start out by earning $10.98 while on the road and $14 in the store. The drivers get paid $0.58/per mile driven and the driver keeps all their tips. Because of our limited delivery zone, use will use less gas while delivering for us than someplace that has you driving all over town. Also since you will be driving less distances to each delivery, you will end up taking more runs, which will mean higher volume of deliveries per hour, which equals more tips. The drivers that hustle usually earn more!!!
Drivers must be at least 18 years old and have had a license for 2 years. License must be valid and have a clean driving record.
