Position Summary
The Creative Services Manager / Senior Designer is a hybrid leadership and hands-on creative role responsible for maintaining creative quality, ensuring brand consistency, and serving as the primary bridge between strategy and production. This person reviews creative assets prior to client delivery, coaches designers, supports campaign creative strategy, and helps establish standards across social, web, and marketing materials.
This role is essential for improving creative consistency, reducing revisions, strengthening team development, and ensuring that all client-facing creative work aligns with agency standards and client goals.

Core Responsibilities
- Review creative assets prior to client delivery to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand alignment
- Maintain and enforce brand standards across all client work
- Provide feedback, coaching, and mentorship to designers and creative support staff
- Ensure consistency in visual identity, messaging, and execution across campaigns
- Oversee social creative quality and approve assets before publication or client review
- Support campaign creative strategy by translating account goals into clear creative direction
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Strategists to understand client objectives, audience needs, and campaign priorities
- Partner with Operations to manage creative workflow, deadlines, and production capacity
- Work with Development leadership to ensure website and digital assets align with design standards and client expectations
- Help build and maintain creative processes, templates, and quality control checklists
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and creative output across the agency
- Serve as a mentor and resource for designers, helping elevate the overall quality of the creative team
- Participate in internal reviews, brainstorming sessions, and client-facing presentations as needed
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of creative team members
- Stay current on design trends, platform requirements, and best practices in digital marketing creative

equired Qualifications
- Strong background in graphic design, digital design, or creative production
- Experience reviewing and approving creative work before client delivery
- Demonstrated ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple channels and campaigns
- Experience mentoring or coaching designers
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media creative, branding, digital ads, presentations, and marketing materials
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to give constructive feedback
- Detail-oriented with a high standard for quality and accuracy
- Comfortable collaborating across strategy, operations, and production teams
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting paid media creative and social media campaigns
- Experience with web design or digital production workflows
- Familiarity with creative operations, project management, or production scheduling

Pay: $41,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
