We are looking to hire a new position for our office, Branch Manager. Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Branch Manager to lead our growing title operations and oversee the closing process. This role combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on involvement in managing client relationships, real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will excel in managing the office while also helping with title review and client communication to drive successful closings.
Duties
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company standards
- Maintain client relationships and bring in new books of business
- Oversee review of title commitments, resolve complex title defects (e.g., liens, judgments, probates), and ensure compliance prior to closing
- Manage real estate transaction documentation, including title commitments, recordings, policies, and closing disclosures
- Train, mentor, and manage closing staff, processors, and support teams
- Coordinate client communication, real estate agents, and lenders to facilitate smooth closings
- Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and company policies during all stages of the closing process
- Verify accuracy of figures, disburse funds securely, and monitor the funding and escrow processes
- Review real estate documentation for completeness and compliance with applicable laws such as real estate law and local regulations
- Conduct closings, explain closing documents clearly, and manage the signing process with clients, agents, and lenders.
Experience
- Proven experience in real estate closing management roles with a focus on title review and processing
- Familiarity with real estate documentation review, underwriting guidelines adherence
- Excellent client communication skills coupled with a commitment to outstanding customer service
- Prior leadership experience as a branch manager or team lead at a title insurance office is required

Pay: $120,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
