In the role of Resin Application Lead Technician you'll play a pivotal part on our Legacy Department team.
Safran Cabin Materials located in Marysville, WA is recruiting for a:
Resin Application Lead Technician - 2nd Shift
2:00pm to 10:30p M-F
- Train 6a-230p M-F for ~ 30 days
$22.00/hr
Plus $1.25/hr Shift Differential once fully trained and working on 2nd Shift.
The position is responsible for leading a crew in the Legacy work center that produces Honeycomb Core Blocks.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
Lead must be familiar with and possess ability to operate all equipment in the Resin Application process.
Prioritizing and managing the production schedule to ensure the shift meets the requirements for the day.
Direct operators to the tasks that need to be performed during their production shift.
Participate in all areas of the Resin Application department.
Work orders are completed correctly, legibly, and on time.
Document traceability of products used in the process.
Lead problem solving and operational improvement activities for the shift.
Ensure the team follows all company policies and procedures.
Perform production duties with the team as needed.
Perform transactions in the ERP system.
Coordinate training for employees.
Cross train or transfer to other departments as needed.
Other task as needed and flexibility is key.
Overtime required as needed.
