Responsibilities
- Retrieve prepared food items from the kitchen and ensure they meet quality standards before delivery
- Assist in organizing and expediting orders for timely service, ensuring accuracy and presentation
- Deliver food to tables efficiently, maintaining professionalism and positive guest interactions
- Support the kitchen staff with food handling, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness standards
- Communicate effectively with servers, chefs, and management to coordinate order flow and address guest needs
- Uphold food safety protocols by handling dishes properly and ensuring proper storage of food items
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience is required
- Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and proper sanitation practices
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude toward guests and team members
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
