Occupational Therapist (OT) – Skilled Nursing Facility | Dubuque, IA
Compensation: $80,000 to $90,000 + Negotiable Based on Experience + Optional Incentives
Schedule: Full-Time or PRN | 30–40 Hours/Week | Flexible Scheduling

Responsibilities
- Complete patient and resident evaluations and assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans and rehabilitation goals
- Provide direct Occupational Therapy treatment services
- Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and team meetings
- Educate patients, families, caregivers, and facility staff
- Assist with clinical program development and quality initiatives
- Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs), aides, technicians, and students as appropriate
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Perform additional clinical and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Iowa Occupational Therapist License (or eligibility for licensure)
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills
- Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred but not required
