Lead and supervise a landscaping crew in daily operations, including landscape installations and ongoing maintenance tasks.

Ensure all work meets company quality standards and follows established safety protocols.

Communicate project updates and progress effectively with clients and management.

Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.

Train new crew members on proper landscaping techniques and safe equipment usage.

Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within the landscaping industry is required.

Valid Driver's License is required.

Strong knowledge of plant care, turf management, and hardscaping is preferred.
