ZING is seeking an experienced Contact Center Oversight & Strategy Lead to support a global pharmaceutical leader. This role is ideal for someone with direct pharmaceutical medical contact center oversight experience who can lead vendor performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive strategic operational improvements.
- Oversee outsourced medical contact center operations and vendor performance.
- Manage KPIs, SLAs, governance meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with GCP, GVP, pharmacovigilance, and medical information regulations.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, SOW management, and operational planning.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and support digital transformation initiatives.
- Pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience required.
- Experience overseeing a medical contact center from the pharmaceutical sponsor side.
- Strong vendor management and contact center governance experience.
- Knowledge of GCP, GVP, pharmacovigilance, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience managing KPIs, SLAs, and cross-functional projects.
- Bachelor's degree preferred. Relevant experience will be considered in lieu of education.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Veeva, Salesforce, or similar systems is preferred.
