HD Clean is launching in Anchorage in July 2026.
We're looking for a Field Supervisor who wants more than a management position.
We're looking for someone who wants to help build a team, develop people, and establish the standards that will define our Anchorage operation for years to come.
This is not a desk job.
During the first 6–12 months, this role will be highly hands-on as we build our Anchorage team. You'll spend significant time cleaning, training, coaching, conducting feedback visits, and supporting daily operations while helping establish the culture and systems that make teams successful.
As the market grows, your role will evolve from working leader to operational leader.
The people you lead today will help determine what Anchorage becomes tomorrow.

- Lead technicians and trainers in the field
- Maintain service quality and accountability
- Conduct feedback visits and performance coaching
- Support hiring, onboarding, and technician development
- Assist with scheduling, coverage, and operational execution
- Help establish Anchorage culture and expectations
- Reinforce HD Clean systems and standards
- Clean and support field operations as needed during growth
