Job Summary:
This role can be remote or hybrid (if located in VT). It does require VT certification.
Registered Dietitian will provide outpatient individual medical nutrition therapy to clients of Lauren Haughey Nutrition, LLC. Clinical services include treatment of adolescents, adults, and families through a weight-inclusive lenses. We are looking for a clinician who has interest and preferably experience with eating disorders for all ages and weight-inclusive care. We are looking for a provider who will work within a weight-inclusive lens and enjoys continued learning.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Perform telehealth and/or on-site (South Burlington, VT) medical nutrition therapy services to patients of Lauren Haughey Nutrition, LLC, as scheduled, and in accordance with company policies.
- Regular and reliable attendance and timely arrival to work is required.
- Be properly licensed and abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics that are binding upon or applicable to the services performed for Lauren Haughey Nutrition, LLC.
- Communicate with a patient’s treatment team (i.e., PCP, psychiatrist, school, etc.) as necessary.
- Timely complete written records for each patient including, but not limited to: intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans, termination notes, contract notes, and other forms or documents which may be needed or required from time-to-time by Lauren Haughey Nutrition, LLC with the treatment of the patient within a timely fashion. Keep patient files accurate and up to date.
- Attend mandatory staff meetings and training as directed by Lauren Haughey Nutrition, LLC.
- Conduct and regulate counseling services in a professional manner so as to maintain and increase the good will and reputation of Lauren Haughey Nutrition, LLC. Be respectful of and cooperative and collaborative with co-workers. Maintain professional boundaries.
- Passion for working with others (being collaborative) and helping our team members grow and learn.
- Other duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Align with Lauren Haughey Nutrition, LLCmission, vision, and values.
- Must be punctual in reporting to work.
- Registered Dietitian active with the Commission of Dietetic Registration.
- Active licensure/certification in Vermont. A copy must be provided to Lauren Haughey Nutrition, LLC.
- Role is part-time (8-10 client sessions per week) with the possibility to build to full-time, provided such sessions are available and referred/scheduled by Lauren Haughey Nutrition, LLC.
- Be organized and detail oriented.
- Be a team player.
- Be able to work independently on tasks assigned.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience with nutrition counseling and eating disorder training/experience and/or experience with working with kids, families, and teens highly preferred.
- Reliable, high-speed internet access, when working remotely.
- Access to private space, when working remotely.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive pay based on experience. Starting at clinical rate of $44 per hour with additional admin rate for notes, documentation, and other tasks.
- Paid sick time once average hours average 18 per week.
- Compensation for billable and non-billable hours.
- Simple IRA up to 3%

- Individual supervision and training from an eating disorder dietitian.
