Job Summary
We are seeking, preferably, a married couple who is experienced, serious, and dedicated to be an On-Site Property Manager and Housekeeper, overseeing daily operations of the motel urgently. The ideal candidates will manage customer's sign in, ensure property maintenance as needed, and housekeeping duties.
This role requires strong property management expertise, excellent customer service abilities, and high standard cleaning. Manager and Housekeeper should have good communication skills, honesty, professionalism, clean background, and have some knowledge on handyman work.
We will provide accommodation and free utilities for your convenience as well! No pets allowed.
Responsibilities
- Take care of the front desk: greeting visitors, answering phone calls, booking the rooms, clean the office area, etc.
- Be present at the motel premises
- Take care bookkeeping and cash
- Send daily reports
- Blow dry the front porch around midday everyday (seasonal)
- Housekeeping
- Laundry
- Maintain communication with Owner
- Experience with Booking.com and Expedia
- Computer Skills (familiar with Google Drive)
Preference will be given to:
* Experience with motels, hotels, etc
* Can start as soon as possible
Wages:
- $2000-$2250 per person monthly based on experience ($4000-$4500 in total per month).
Pay: $4,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
