- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM–10:30 PM or 2:30 PM–11:00 PM
Job Summary
We're hiring Operator I professionals to join a leading medical device manufacturing team in Temecula, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with at least 6 months of manufacturing or production experience who are looking to grow in the medical device industry.

Responsibilities
- Assemble small medical device components according to work instructions.
- Perform inspection, assembly, and basic testing of products.
- Work with microscopes and precision hand tools.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate production documentation.
- Ensure products meet quality requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.
- Work effectively in a team-oriented production environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of manufacturing or production experience (required).
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Comfortable working with microscopes.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to follow written instructions and procedures.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Must pass a vision and color blindness test.

Important Requirements
